The Estate comprises two beautifully appointed cottages. The intimate one-bedroom Stone Cottage and the spacious two-bedroom Arrow Junction Cottage; available together as a sole-use private estate sleeping up to six guests. Meet your host

Hola  - I’m James (Komodore to my friends). I’m responsible for everything -  good and bad - at Arrow Studios including the art and cushions you’ll find suspiciously well positioned around the cottages. Before becoming an accidental hotelier I was a TV producer which trained me to care deeply about  writing, lighting and hold opinions on things of no importance. I’d like to say I’ve brought a refined, considered aesthetic to the property but it’s not true… I just think accommodation should be clean, comfortable and quiet enough so you can hear yourself think.

When I’m not here you’ll find me slurping good coffee, falling off my bike while riding trails I'm not remotely qualified to be on or taking my ancient air cooled 911 out for an early blast before the roads wake up and start judging me. Otherwise it’s friends, family, “restoring” old machinery in ways that mostly just delay its inevitable death and enjoying a movie, theatre or music  gig with my formidable Irish girlfriend (whose refined but brutal Viking DNA is far above my pay-grade)
